My great grandma was half Cherokee,
or so the stories say,
but white people surround me
and trigger me each day.

They all call me “she” and “her”
‘cause they don’t fucking care
that gender’s European and
was exported from over there.

To feel closer to my roots,
I choose Indigender,
Don’t you point out I’m mostly white,
you fucking KKK defender.
