Genderphase is a naturogender defined as " a multigender identity where the proportions of an individual’s genders (of which there are at least two) shift cyclically, much like the phases of the moon. Where the proportion of one gender increases, the other(s) will decrease so that the total stays static.
Part of the moon is always dark and part is always light, but the proportions of these parts as seen from Earth change based on the point in the lunar cycle. Similarly, a genderphase individual is always partially each of their genders, but the proportions of these genders change based on the point in their ‘gender cycle,’ as it were.
For example, the shift cycle of a genderphase individual who experiences only two genders would look similar to this: 95/5 => 80/20 => 50/50 => 20/80 => 5/95 => 20/80 => 50/50 => 80/20 => 95/5, and so forth. A full cycle may take anywhere from a few days to a few years."1

My gender cycles like the moon
it’s stronger at night than day;
spot-on, mom, you’re completely right–
this is just a genderphase.
